Jewellaire offers a hassle-free exchange policy for products within 14 days of delivery. Please note that the customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with exchanges.

  • All items for exchange must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags still attached.

Return Policy

Jewellaire does not allow returns for refunds. However, if you wish to return a product, you will receive a credit note equivalent to the purchase amount. This credit note can be used for future purchases on our website.
